How Would You Deal With Raceme?

As a teacher, how can yourself or I deal with issue of race with your classmates, students, colleagues  and administration.

The most recent with colleagues or classmates do you ignore it act like nothing happend? Well maybe not you but to be honest I will ignore it it depends keep your mouth shut right. It takes people to put you on that level for you to say something. Have you every been on that level or situation where one of your close friend thats  a colleagues and not black come up to one and say waz sup my Niger. How do you deal with that are you cool with something like that or do you stop right there?  The best way in my opinion Ill stop it before it go any further then what he/she said thats how I will deal with it.

What if your the teacher and one of the whites kids say shut your Niger. How can anybody deal something like that. As a teacher you might deal with things like that and by someone saying that it could start a fight or some worse you can't control what some people say. But you can control your class room.  As African American if a student would say that in my classroom I wouldn't get mad I send him/her out my classroom to the hall way to speak with them and then send them to the main office.  

Farther on if administration consists of the performance of management of business is races I be shock I dont know about you but I will. Your above of everybody your the boss, Do you leve or do you stay knowing that your administration or boss is races how can you deal with it? Knowing me I leve Im sorry Ill go. But you can stay and talk to them and say hey I know your races or what every but can you keep that home and not an work place. because its kinda too late to change someone mind but if you then do so. You know I will deal with racemes, So How Would You Deal With Raceme? something you should think about if becoming a teacher.
