What's Makes A Good Teacher
If a teacher want’s to be good at what they do they would need to learn certain qualities and which they need to be a successful teacher. In most important is knowledge. you don't want to be in front of your students and you want know what you're doing. The kids will know that you have know idea what you're doing. its important for you as a teacher to understand. Understanding your students life and what they might be going through at home or anywhere else. the worst thing you can do is not to be strong. You going have to be strong for yourself and the students don't let them see you break down and cry or other thing. They counting on you to be strong so be that person they can count on. For some students the best thing for them is to listen. Listen to what they have to say it might be importing if don't listen they might think you're turning you back on them and that would be the worst thing you can do. Last but not least be creative. Come up with fun, crazy thing to do for them. Students can get bored easily and fell asleep and you wouldn't want that because they want learn anything with their heads down.

Teaching Observation - Northwest

Walking into the classroom full of middle school kids they where all doing their work. I didn't really do any observation but I did noticed that the student was showing out in front of me and the teacher was getting very mad it seems the teacher. She had to re teach me math that I was going to be teaching them soon. When I got a hang of it she had me go around the classroom helping the students out i had a group of three girls of students I don't remember the students names. I was teaching them across multiple and divisions problems. They was getting the hang of it, we finish the worksheet and they did there little quiz that the teacher give them. When it was time for them to go they was all seating in there chair the bell ring and they all left out the classroom. The 2nd class room come but they wasnt pay attention to the teacher well some of them was but some the students eyes was on me and wording why I was there there. So the teacher had me introduce myself and so I did. She went on with the bell work and once again she had put a group together for me to help them and so i did. I help them and there was one boy well two boys that didn't get it at all he ask for my help I tried to teach it to him but I he still didn't get it so I went step by step with him and we did the whole worksheet together. The other boy he didn't understand the way the teacher was teaching so I showed him my way and he had got my way better and then Mis Cooper Walked and it was time for me to go.

Today at McDaniel I seen kids that had problems with their ABC’s 123’s some of them had problems with reading. Bobby he seem like his maybe three and he can't walk or talk he crawl to where he wants to go. They had to to change him because he don't know how to use the restroom yet. Abby she more like a visen learner she good at things if you show her then she she would get it and as soon she get she gets happy about it. Gabby she don't pay much attention she was more into why we were there, the teacher she was trying to get her to get her to pay attention. When bobby was crying she pick him up and give him a toy that makes noses. The next class we went to some of the kid our smart. I noticed that when one of the kids would get something right they get happy and they knew they got it right. When they got it wrong they knew it and tryed to fix right away. One is very smart at math but when it come to reading he just gave up. Our next class was six grader but they seem like they was on level they just needed help a little like some other kids in class.

My Last Day Of Teaching
My first time teaching the six grader was interesting I she had me teach the whole class. The head teacher wasn't there so I had taken over. I had the students sit down and there sits. But there was one students that did not want to listen and had said some bad words I had to send him out. After that I begins to teach the student how she wanted me to. When I done teaching the three problems she wanted me to to teach them my way how to do it so i did. Next I did the problems I made up a little game there was no winner or candy but they still loved it. I never seen kids get happy over math before. I did see some kids take there some of the other classmates chips away but me being the teacher for that day I felt l like I gave some chips back to them. when it was time for them to they cleaned up and sat in the seats and then I let them go there next class. My next class come when they first come in there was about three students that come in all rounded talking about fighting someone but I stop it I think I dealt with pretty good. After I said my name and the real teacher got started with bell work. When she got done I had taken over had some rise there hand to pass out some markers and dry erase boards I did something as i did with the first class. But i had to keep on asking for the class to be quiet, to sit down, raise your hand and to not get up when i'm talking or helping someone else
